Ìîíòàæíûå êîìïëåêòû òèïîðàçìåðîâ îò S00 äî S0 ñîäåðæàò âåðõíèå è íèæíèå ýëåêòðè÷åñêèå ñîåäèíåíèÿ ñèëîâûõ öåïåé: ìåæäó ëèíåéíûì êîíòàêòîðîì è êîíòàêòîðîì ñîåäèíåíèÿ â òðåóãîëüíèê (âåðõíåå), ìåæäó êîíòàêòîðîì ñîåäèíåíèÿ â òðåóãîëüíèê è êîíòàêòîðîì ñîåäèíåíèÿ â çâåçäó (íèæíåå).
Äëÿ òèïîðàçìåðîâ îò S2 äî S12 èç-çà áîëüøèõ ñå÷åíèé ýëåêòðè÷åñêèõ ïðèñîåäèíèòåëüíûõ ýëåìåíòîâ ñèëîâûõ öåïåé â êà÷åñòâå ìîíòàæíîãî áëîêà ïðåäëàãàåòñÿ òîëüêî íèæíåå ýëåêòðè÷åñêîå ñîåäèíåíèå ìåæäó êîíòàêòîðîì äëÿ ñîåäèíåíèÿ â òðåóãîëüíèê è êîíòàêòîðîì äëÿ ñîåäèíåíèÿ â çâåçäó.
Çàùèòà ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëåé
Äëÿ çàùèòû ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëåé ïðè ïåðåãðóçêå ìîãóò ïðèìåíÿòüñÿ ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè èëè òåðìèñòîðíàÿ çàùèòà.
Ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè ìîæåò óñòàíàâëèâàòüñÿ íà ëèíåéíûé êîíòàêòîð èëè ìîíòèðîâàòüñÿ îòäåëüíî. Îíî äîëæíî íàñòðàèâàòüñÿ íà òîê, ñîñòàâëÿþùèé 0.58 îò íîìèíàëüíîãî òîêà äâèãàòåëÿ.
Ïîëíîñòüþ ñìîíòèðîâàííûå è ïðîøåäøèå èñïûòàíèÿ êîìáèíàöèè äëÿ ñõåì "çâåçäà -òðåóãîëüíèê" ïåðåêðûâàþò äèàïàçîí ìîùíîñòåé äî 75 êÂò, äëÿ áîëåå âûñîêîé ìîùíîñòè âîçìîæåí çàêàç êîìïëåêòà äëÿ ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíîé ñáîðêè.
